introducing, the great and powerful...

OZ!

that's right, mason has a new little buddy! oz became a card-carrying member of the hodges clan on saturday, june 9th, the year of our lord 2007. as many of you know, panther was formerly a member of the clan, but was excommunicated to the backyard after repeatedly soiling jessica's side of the bed during her early pregnancy. it was not our intent for the excommunication to cut off contact with our pet, but apparently panther took it as such...and we have yet to see him since his first night in the barren wasteland that is our backyard. hence, enter the oz-man! he was graciously donated to us free of charge by a lovely woman by the name of rosie. he is a strapping young lad in need of a bob barker special...which we will see to at the appropriate time. mason is pretty jazzed to have a pet of his own that he can grow up with and torture...jess and i will teach him early on how to play "nice." just wanted to share with everyone the latest addition to the family! hope all is well! our love to all!
