Well....we had our first baby appointment today and were so excited to finally go to the doctor! I am officially 17 weeks pregnant...and the baby is growing strong and looking healthy....and....
IT'S A BOY!!!! :)
needless to say...we were thrilled...I wanted another little boy so bad, I don't know why...I just LOVE my little guy so much, I guess I just wanted another little Mason :) but would've been just as thrilled to find out we were having a girl (i do want to have a girl at some point) but birth control will definitely be a part of our life after this baby for a while....another boy it is....one house full of much testosterone...here we come...and brent and i are so happy! Brent was sure pumped to hear of the boy news as well...his hands to his face...little high pitched noises, you can picture it if you know him (that was his reaction numerous times throughout the day :))
My due date is Oct. 31st (my sister's birthday hehe) and we have our next ultrasound appointment next friday for a more in-depth check of measurements, etc.
that's it for now...more updates later :) mason's going to have a little brother! AHHHHHHH YAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH that was me screaming and gitty all day today! :) hahah!

YEAH!!!! Bella and Gabby will have boys to date!! We can't wait to meet the new guy when he comes...if you're early you might hit my birthday on the 23rd!! Come over to visit whenever...it's been pretty quiet the 2nd time around. Just let us know what works for you. Joel goes back to work next week so week nights are hard, but maybe a Sunday late afternoon would work best for all of us.
CONGRATS JESS!!! We are having a boy too!! We were soo excited yesterday after we found out! It is funny that you are due on Mara's b-day, my original due date was one day off Joey's b-day! Can't wait to continue to read updates!! Miss you girl! love ya!

Congrats on another boy! We are having another boy as well...sounds like it is a trend all over!
The first year with a 1 yr old and a newborn can be rough Jess, but know that it gets better and that they will be such great playmates! The closeness in age is going to be such a blessing! (in addition to these pregnancies while we are still young are easier, hahaha)
