So this year was our year to celebrate Thanksgiving with my side of the family...and with all that has been going on with Mom getting sick, and things being kind of crazy...Mara and I decided we should totally forego cooking and go out to eat for our Thanksgiving dinner!! We ordered two huge meals at this delicious restaurant called Rustlers Rooste. Had so many left overs to all bring home, then we came back to our house and enjoyed our deserts and coffee and relaxing with some football watching, park playing, and naps. :) It was such a low-stress Thanksgiving...we may have found ourselves a new tradition the years we celebrate Thanksgiving with my side of the extended family. hehe!! We loved it!!
We have so much to be thankful for, and I love this time of year, it's so humbling to really reflect on all of the blessing's Christ has poured out on our family. My heart is full of gratitude throughout the year but especially thankful of course, this time of year!
