the best time of year!

well....mason is loving the holiday's as much as his mommy and daddy do!! we sure enjoyed our thanksgiving! this year we spent the day with my side of the family, everyone came over and we had so much fun relaxing, eating, spending time together, game playing, football watching, etc!! We just recently had a couple weeks at church titled, "Remember to be Thankful" they were so great and I pray that I don't ever take what God's blessed us with for granted. It's so easy to get busy with the day-to-day things and not daily remember to truly thank God for all He's done in our lives, and I just want to ALWAYS be aware of how blessed we really are! A few of MANY MANY things I'm thankful for this year...

*our heavenly father who never leaves us and who has the best plan imaginable for our lives...
*my husband and his ability to always make me laugh, and for the way that he loves me even when I'm not always lovable!
*our little boy...what joy he's brought to our lives, I am thankful beyond words for him and everything about him! I can't imagine life without him!
*our dear family who means so much to us...we wouldn't be who we are without you all!
*our amazing friends God's blessed us with...we are so fortunate to have you all...

I could keep going on and on but i don't want to bore you all....i hope this blog doesn't sound cheesy or so cliche because I can't describe how grateful I am for everyone God's placed in our lives and for how He always, always provides our every single need. My heart is overwhelmed with joy and gratitude, and I don't ever want to take any of that for granted, ever. Happy Thanksgiving! (better late than never right?)

we celebrated Jas and I's Bdays together...jason's was sunday and mine's christmas day, but december is so busy, so we had them on thanksgiving! :) it was so fun!

Me and Jas...we had so much fun he spent practically all weekend at our house and we loved it!

And aaahhh of course, guitar hero III had to make an appearance on the blog since that was a major part of the weekend...:) so fun!

What a great day we had! I'm going to try to do a blog everyday for the next few days to catch all up on everything, but don't hold me to it because I'm not making any promises, we'll see how the weekend goes! :) but more to come! love you!
