****CRAWLING****
First things first...MASON CRAWLS!!! he decided after a year of sitting around on his bum that he wanted to go somewhere, thank goodness....so he is sure all over the place now, slowly, however, hahah, he's got a ton of 'girth' to carry around. Oh man, we're so proud of him! He looks so cute crawling around on his hands and knees, i love that he can come into a room you're in to see you, it's SO much fun...I'll have brent put up a video of that soon...
****TURNING ONE****
We celebrated Mason's one year Sunday afternoon with many of our amazing friends and family. We had the BEST time! Mason is one lucky kid to have so many people who love him, I'm an emotional mommy right now, daddy had to do all the 'thanking' because words would've been a bit teary from me. The happy birthday chorus was almost too much for me to handle with all the voices of so many people whom we love so much supporting our little guy....he was a big fan of his cake...however a very clean eater, all the icing on his face is from his mean mommy putting it there...he was concerned with getting as much of that cake in his mouth as he could...needless to say, we had an amazing day...thanks to everyone who was here to share it with us. we love you all, very much!
****SWIMMING****
Yesterday Mason, Ryan and Mommy (and aunt jess :)) went for the first big swim for the summer...we had so much fun, lots of sunscreen, floaties, and some happy babies!!! Mason would've stayed in the pool all day if I'd have let him, I'm pretty sure, Ryan....she wasn't so sure of it at first but eventually got used to it, it won't take her many more times and she'll love it I'm sure! The sun was shining, the water was perfect...a great summer day at the pool. I love only working three days ;) I'm looking forward to many more of these days....especially because according to granny i really need to get a tan, i'm awfully 'pale' HAHA...oh granny.
****APPTS****
Friday we have Mason's appt. for his one year at the dr. and are excited to see how much he weighs, as of his last appt. he was 27 lbs....i doubt he's much more than that now, because that's already pretty heavy!! :) AND then on Tuesday mommy finally has her appt. for the new baby!! I have been SO bad at calling to schedule...first my dr. left the state, then deciding to find a new one (what one, etc) and by the time i called they couldn't get me in until now so here we are....i'll be 18 weeks at that time already, CRAZY....i can't believe that...i'm not throwing up anymore, thank GOODNESS, so i'm thrilled about that. so we'll update about that when the time comes, i'm sure! sorry for the longest blog ever, there was lots to catch up on! I LOVE YOU ALL SOOOOO much and need to go eat some lunch before my little guy wakes up....
sorry the pictures in this one are all messed up...i don't have time to fix them right now, let's be honest i don't really know how to fix them, so oh well....:) at least this post is getting posted! hahaha....

Yeah for Mason...there will be no stopping him now! We're bummed we missed his party but we had to get dad's cake for his party. we'll have to get together soon (or after Gabby comes) Bella does need a haircut so Joel may be bringing her in depending on when the little one decided to come out into the world. Love you guys!

I love reading about your life...it's great to feel caught up but bittersweet too sometimes ya know? Mason is sooo cute!! i can't believe he's one!! he's starting to look more like you to! sorry I've been MIA, been painting and getting the house fixed, moving out of apt this wk and into new house next wk... miss you tons though and we'll definitely have to set a whole day to talk on the phone and catch up!! i loove you sooo much! miss you loads!
